Junior referee training program!
Thursday July 23rd, 7pm
Please note the change in time!  We will be doing a mini kohaku style tournament so everyone can practice refereeing.

Nikkei Games
Sunday, August 9th, Long Beach, CA
The divisions for all yonen and shonen will be divided by age/weight/belt color and is a good learning opportunity for all new competitors.  GJC will reimburse our competitors (who are caught up on dues) for their registration fee.  http://nikkeigames.org/

Parents! We will be running a score table, this is a great way to learn more about tournament rules AND you'll have the best seats in the house.  Please see Ray Matsumoto if you are interested and available to help out.
SAVE THE DATE! Nissei Week Parade
Sunday, August 16th, 5:30pm
GJC has been invited to walk in the parade behind the judo pioneers.  Stay tuned for more details.
